Discounts
Discounts do not apply to already special priced in-house promotional offer. Discounts do not apply to prepaid gift cards or gift certificates or packages. Senior and student discounts are for regular priced services and non-gift card or certificate only. Bring your current I.D. and save on C.Spa-Boston, Skin & Massage Studio services.
Payment
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Cash. Payment is due at the completion of all services. Clients do have the option to prepay for a service online. Please note: leaving your credit card to hold the appointment is not a payment, as it simply holds the reservation.
Refunds
No Refund on product or services. We do offer exchange on product after an assessment. We will assess the service situation to determine the best direction for the matter.
Gift Cards
Promotional discounts do not apply to prepaid gift cards, gift certificates, or packages. Clients are responsible for the cost of their service(s) if a gift card is not redeemable, or recognized by C.Spa-Boston and/or an affiliated outside gift card partner. Remaining balance of service(s) not covered by gift card must be paid at the completion of visit.
Please note that Spa Finder Wellness gift cards must be used in the entire dollar amount of the value of the card. This the Spa Finder Gift Card policy when presenting a card to a spa partner. Please plan your spa appointment accordingly.
We welcome One Gift Card per visit. Please be prepared to use a credit card to hold an appointment reservation, even if you are paying with a gift card. A spa service(s) using a gift card that is invalid will be charged with the reservation credit card on file, unless otherwise communication.
Please note: all C.Spa-Boston, Skin & Massage Studio Gift Cards and Packages expire one year after purchase. If you do purchase a Gift Card or Package, you and/or recipient agree to the C.Spa-Boston, Skin & Massage Studio Gift Card and Package outlined Terms and Conditions.
Reservation
Appointment reservations require a credit card to hold the appointment. The card will not be charged at the time of the reservation. However, No Shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
Gratuity / Tips
Tips are cash and credit card at C.Spa-Boston, Skin & Massage Studio.
