Improves posture, structural
alignment, and flexibility. Myofascial Release Therapy uses fascial unwinding, skin rolling and other advanced clinical deep massage manual manipulation and bodywork techniques. Our medical massage approach allows therapist to use isolated bodywork, thus rapidly releasing fascial tissue to help improve condition.
 
Myofascial Release Therapy is done on skin usually without oil or cream. This allows the therapist to assess the body's tissue, and to feel knots and adhesions under the skin. This clinical massage therapy approach is effective in releasing fascial restrictions. Soft tissue manipulation, fascial unwinding, and cross fiber work helps to reduce muscular skeletal stress and scar tissue. 

Female clients wear a sports bra and shorts, or a swim suit, and male clients wear shorts or swim trunks.
