CORE Myofascial Therapy
Is very similar to Myofascial Release Therapy. CORE Myofascial Therapy is a form of advanced bodywork designed to address pain, postural imbalance and improve functional movement. The focus includes improving structural alignment, flexibility and balance. CORE Myofascial Therapy goes deep into the soft tissue to reduce restrictions and improves functional movement for everyday life. Fascial unwinding, Arthro-kinetics, advanced clinical manual manipulation, and deep bodywork techniques are used to get results. Our medical massage approach allows our certified CORE Myofascial Therapist to target and isolate restrictions, implement CORE bodywork, and  rapidly release tissue.
CORE Myofascial Therapy is done on skin usually without oil or cream. This allows the therapist to assess the body's tissue, and to feel knots and adhesions under the skin. This clinical massage therapy approach is effective in releasing fascial restrictions. Tissue manipulation, fascial unwinding, and cross fiber work helps to reduce muscular skeletal stress and scar tissue.
